Requirements:
PhD or an equivalent degree in life science or related fields. Experience with the state of the art mutagenesis techniques will be an advantage. Candidates should be self-motivated and have strong laboratory and analytical skills demonstrated by a track record of relevant publications.The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with and train people at all levels. The position is initially funded for a period of 4 years, during which the candidate is expected to develop a strong research program, including extramural funding. English and German proficiency are essential.
